Food As Medicine Classes

As a therapeutic chef, I am passionate about empowering people to address health challenges through the Food As Medicine approach.

The Sacred Kitchen’s classes are dedicated to enhancing your wellbeing. Each class focuses on a particular body system or health concern. For example in our Coping with Cancer Therapy class, we use Food As Medicine techniques to work through the side effects of chemotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery. Some of these side effects include loss of appetite, nausea, fatigue and dehydration.  We use the Food As Medicine philosophy to teach how to cope with a range of acute and chronic health challenges.
